在孤寂中，我在此安靜等候，直到祢來，陪伴在我左右。
祢扶持我，使我昂立在高崗，祢扶持我，渡過驚濤駭浪，
我得力，因我倚靠祢膀臂，祢扶持我，超過我所能作。

You raise me up so I can stand on mountains.

I am strong when I am on Your shoulders.
